The scarf is finished and ready for wear! Alas, my winter term project should have been learning to knit and creating something worth wearing, given that I’ve posted more about this scarf than my actual paintings. Oh well, the finished paintings will be coming soon!
Anyways, info about this scarf. It was knit using an 8 needle and merino wool, worsted weight (Madelinetosh, so divine!).
The border is either a simple K1,P1,K1 or P1,K1,P1 stich, and the middle body is obviously alternating P4,K4 three times through for 6 rows before alternating. Overall, it was an excellent beginners project to do and I’m really happy with how it turned out (not to mention that color!).
